Patent Cooperation Treaty

Honduras became the 130th PCT, Patent Cooperation Treaty, contracting state on March 20, 2006. The PCT will go into practice on June 20, 2006.

Our Department of Patents has wide experience in the preparation and filling of international applications nationwide.

• Counseling in the preparation and presentation of PCT international applications.
• Counselling to inventors and investigation centers about the benefits that the PCT offers.
  
• Entering in the national phase of international PCT applications.
