Industrial Design

An application in writing must be filed before the General Administration of Intellectual Property in the secretary of the Instituto de la Propiedad

• Power of Attorney (legalized up to a Honduran Consulate or by Apostille)
  
• Name, Nationality and address of the applicant. In case the applicant is not the designer it should indicate the acquired right over the design.
  
• Three  graphic of photographic representations of the Industrial Design
  
• Precise indication of the kind or gender of the products to which the design will be applied; class and subclass of these products.
